Account management role is to work with clients at a design agency that request consistent work to be done accurately and on-time. The responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, coordinating project progress, monitoring customer engagement and helping customers become more successful at our design agency. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will work with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Design Production departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position will require problem solving capabilities to help clients get their work done quickly and coordinating with internal teams to help achieve those goals.

Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our operations team to make sure we delivery high quality work to our our clients and keep them satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Work with teams in different departments
- Get on phone calls with clients to help them with anything, check -in, or to discuss projects
- Manage CRM tickets and handle them immediately
- Monitor chat communications with your clients
- Check client projects to verify projects are handled properly by them and address any communication/delivery issues
- Review new project requests to make sure it has everything we need to get the job completed and ask for anything if it is missing
- Coordinate expedited projects to the necessary teams to get them done while adhering to the client timelines
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot or Freshdesk) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have access to good and reliable internet connection to communicate and do the job
- Be able to demonstrate empathy towards clients
- Be extremely organized
