Solar Sales Recruiter

Work Remotely: Yes
Working schedule: M-F; 40 hours a week on EST time zone
Rate: $4/ hour during the 1 month probationary period; subject for a bigger rate after evaluation

You will be calling warm leads that come through one of our lead generation funnels. These leads are people that are applying to become a solar sales representative.

-You should have at least 1 year of experience as a recruiter; for sales positions is a plus
-Work experience in a solar industry is not required but is an advantage
-With excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
-Result and customer oriented, team-player, dedicated and with high integrity
