The Team manager role is to lead a team of graphic designers to get their jobs done on time and effectively. Any projects that are completed by the designer needs to be evaluated by the team manager to verify that the project is completed accurately and all the assigned projects are completed on time. You will be responsible to get all of the assigned design projects completed by the due date. You will assign the projects to the appropriate designer that is fit for the project and balance work-load to ensure timely delivery.
You will be responsible to comprehend design projects and help designers understand anything they do not understand properly to complete the job. After a project is completed, you will review the design for quality and adherence to following directions.
This job requires good management skillsets as stated below:
- Fluent in English
- Good comprehension of project briefs
- Have effective time and project management skills
- Extremely organized
- Prior managerial experience
- Be self motivated
- Be customer oriented
- Be able to communicate efficiently – both written and verbally
- Be able to meet targets and handle a high pressure environment
- Be able to lead and manage teams.
