URGENTLY HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE!!!

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance in processing customers orders
• Provide answers to inquiries involving a company’s product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction
• Communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues
• Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer’s request

Qualifications:
• No experience necessary. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Now accepting High School graduates with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in conversational English.
• Able to convey information effectively with a neutral accent.
• Must be self-motivated, and success-oriented
• 1 year of sales experience in a call centre is an advantage
• Customer service/sales account experience is an advantage
• Must be sharp and aggressive
• Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills
• Willing to work night shifts
• Willing to work full time
