*Job Title: Data Analyst for Real Estate Appraisers in South Carolina, USA*

Compensation
Base Salary: $480 per month ($3/hr starting rate)
Incentives: $13 per report after completing 40 reports per month. (41st report onwards will
qualify for the incentive)
Benefits: Paid Leave Credits and HMO if you meet or exceed monthly goal for 6 months
Work Schedule
Mon-Fri 8 AM-5 PM Eastern Standard Time

career growth and financial stability. This skill is typically obtained by undergoing paid
classes. However, once accepted, you’ll be provided training tools.
? You can’t work with less supervision after you were given resources and tools;
? The work schedule does not work for you;
? You find data entry, research, and analysis boring or not interesting;
? You don’t like repetitive work;
? Your typing speed is below 40 words per minute;
? Your internet speed is below 10mbps;
? You will need a cover letter with Nunito font submitted to this job post;
? Your PC/Laptop RAM is lower than 8GB;
? You don’t work well with a team or you prefer to work alone;
? You are not a detail-oriented person and contented with slack work;
? You can easily get burned out by meeting daily deadlines for submitting reports;
? You hate logic or math. There is a portion in developing the report that requires these
two. This job is not your typical desk job;
? You will have to include your resume in response to the job post;
? You have below-average conversational English skills both written and oral. You will
have to talk to appraisers within the USA and you will have to write up the data you
collected into a narrative form;
? You are unorganized nor not systematic at work.

What we expect from you:
1-2 Months
? Learn to utilize all tools and resources to complete reliable appraisal reports (Total,
Titan, Anow, MLS, Public Data Records)
? Learn and properly understand all facets of data entry and data analysis in appraisal
report development
? Keep up with the self-taught training system. Teammates will be given all training
resources and time to go over them and evaluation such as Q&A and sample application
should be done after each module.
? Should encompass compatibility with our core values first and job competency second.
? Have a deep motivation and desire to learn the entire process.
? Should include the address of the report from the video somewhere in your cover letter.
? Show significant improvements in scores in creating sample reports.
3rd Month Onwards
? Should be able to complete 2 reports per day (20 business days = 40 completed reports
per month) to meet goals
? Complete 3 reports per day (20 business days = 60 completed reports per month) to
exceed goals
? Work harmoniously with the team and appraiser(s)
? Be responsible for the revision requests for the report you developed.
What you can expect from us:
? Salary will be paid bi-weekly.
? 1-2 months of paid training
? 3rd month onwards will still be paid with base salary plus incentive if you exceed the goal
(40 completed reports per month)
? Weekly performance review once endorsed to production. This is to improve one’s
potential as a Data Analyst.
? Career growth. We are continuously expanding so we would need more leaders to
handle incoming Data Analysts
? Fair promotion. We don’t care if you come in first or last. If you want a promotion and so
long as you work for it, you are capable of doing it, we would love to see you step up.
? Benefits will be given if you meet or exceed the goal for 6 consecutive months.
