Cold Caller for Real Estate Investor

Looking for an experienced outbound cold caller (VA) for a Real Estate Investor/wholesaler.

- at least 2 years of cold calling experience working for real estate investor.

- experienced in calling distressed homeowners to determine if interested in selling their house for cash and setting up appointments

- experienced in Mojo (dialer), SMS platform (like BLS) and Podio (CRM)

- very fluent in English and comfortable making cold calls to prospective sellers

- hard working, honest, result-driven and have can-do attitude

Schedule is 1-7pm EST (Tue-Sat) for $5-$8 per hour (depending on experience) plus $400 bonus per closed deal.
