Marketing Operations Project Manager

Alter New Media is a global purpose forward marketing agency that has supported over 350 customers and clients in its less than three years of business. Led by influencer, entrepreneur, and thought leader Nadya Rousseau, the agency focuses on marketing strategy development, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and publicity. The agency has high profile clients in fashion, entertainment, technology, and supports a variety of startups and small businesses across multiple niches.

This role is for someone who is both a self-starter and independent worker—we need somebody who has experience working for a small to mid-sized organization in an administrative and management capacity.

Primarily, your focus will be to manage the backend dashboard of FIVERR PRO, which is where a vast majority of incoming customers and clients come for Alter New Media. You will manage the migration of this information into our project management dashboard Asana and be familiar with the team and delegations. For our Instagram Rockstar customers, which is an Instagram growth and management service, you will handle the syncing of accounts to the Buffer dashboard and engage with our Instagram Rockstar content and engagement team as necessary. Additionally, you will add in hashtags, target accounts and relevant information into a separate dashboard set for ---------- is required that you possess the following skills:

-Independent Workmanship (We CANNOT work with someone who needs to be micromanaged under any circumstances!!)
-Ability to work 3pm PST-10pm PST Sunday-Friday
-Strong English writing skills
-Understanding of Instagram growth, engagement and processes
-Strong social media and marketing background
-Organizational and executive experience
-Ideally possesses management, administrative, and project management expertise
-Efficient and excellent time management skills
