Who we are!

Workoid is a fully distributed outsourcing company that is incorporated in HK. We are not your average outsourcing company with an ocean of 120x60 cubicles, in fact we don’t have a single cubicle, we don’t even have an office. Workoid consist solely of remote workers. What this means is that our staff work from a mixture of coffee shops, co-working spaces and home offices and collaborate with their teammates and connect in the cloud through our provided setup, which consist of a Macbook and access to our online tools such as Asana, Slack, Gmail through which we carry out work for our clients.

What is a Workoid?

A Workoid is a smart creative in his or her 20s or 30s that uses modern technology to assist with his/her work. This means outsourcing repetitive tasks to a script and utilizing software to do something one couldn’t do on your own.

REQUIREMENTS

The Role - Social Media Manager

We are looking for a highly talented individual specializing in the field of Social Media and Marketing to amplify our brand globally. The ideal candidate is creative and enthusiastic with good understanding of digital marketing best practices and social media tools.

You must possess the following:

Expertise in all aspects of creating and maintaining a social media presences on various platforms.
Strong knowledge and experience with SEO
Experience working with or for broadcast or webcast companies or projects is highly desired
Must have excellent communication skills in English both verbally and written
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas.
Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.
Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”.
Your day to day:

Research and keeping up to date on market trends.
Assists in developing and implementing communication strategies to disseminate information.
Identifies and collects appropriate artwork to accompany social, digital and mobile tactics.
Monitors online communities (e.g. Twitter, Facebook) for clients and online projects.
Help and serve our global community of users through in depth knowledge of the products.
