As a Sales Development Rep at Butlr Health, you will have an excellent opportunity to join a self-funded and profitable company that is growing fast. Butlr Health was founded by a proven 3x serial CEO who has expertise in building consumer brands and superstar teams.

This role is about mastering sales fundamentals. Sales, however, is not like other trades that are solely skill ---------- stead, we take an intensive, hands-on coaching approach in preparing you to become a top sales rep: by teaching tactics for self-growth, ownership of success, and the skills needed to set and achieve sales goal..

What you’ll do:

* This role kicks off with our unbeatable training program. Dive into a week of training working closely with our CEO to learn how our business and selling process works.
* Next, you’ll move over to the prospecting zone, where you’ll learn the ins and outs of our sales process through hands-on learning for two months.
* After you’ve mastered prospecting, you’ll continue on to full cycle training. Here, you’ll take on responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to pitching to closing deals.
* Along the way you’ll be improving your skill set, working closely with our CEO, and enhancing your knowledge about our industry.
