My Video Editor’s tasks will be:

* Editing my weekly YouTube videos that focus on Jazz Improvisation and Playing Saxophone
* Adding titles to highlight relevant teaching points in the video
* Adding pertinent effects, such as Close-ups, transitions between my performing and teaching
* Creating snippets to be placed in Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
* Editing my bi-weekly Everything Saxophone Podcast videos
* Creating & inserting bottom overlays that reflect the guest, their site and my podcast
* Documenting the relevant time-stamps to be placed in the YouTube Description
* Creating snippets to be placed in Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
* Editing existing videos to create snippets to be placed in Instagram, Twitter and Facebook


General Skill and Characteristics Needed:
Very Good English speaking and writing skills
Background in music - enough to understand how to spell terms & know the important points to highlight
At least 3 years experience editing videos & provide a portfolio of your work
Detail-oriented. Good at following specific instructions
Ability to provide a quick turn-around for some videos that may need to go out right away
I would prefer experience with: iMovie, Final Cut Pro

Job Details:
We’ll start with a 30-day trial
Starting Pay: $6/hour
Part Time: On an as-needed basis, with some weeks totaling 5 hours and some totaling 2
Most of your hours can be at any time convenient for you, but there will be occasions where I will need you during U.S. Pacific Time hours
