• Answering the phone and taking phone orders from customers.
• Answering questions customers may have regarding our food and consumption
• Addressing problems with orders and customer complaints
• Following up with customers regarding payments
• Communicate with the logistics department regarding delivery concerns
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
• Addressing potential fraudulent orders and dealing with charge backs
• Other duties as assigned. Management retains the discretion to add or change duties of the position anytime.
Job Requirements
• Female
• Preferably graduate of any 2 year/ 4 year course
• At least one (1) year experience in the related field is required
• Willing to work in San Juan City.
