• Build and maintain an accounts list compose of architects, contractors, developers, interior designers and end-users.
• Update accounts list regularly on a monthly basis.
• Service the requirements of walk-in and phone-in customers as the need arises.
• Schedule and execute a minimum of five (5) sales calls daily, guided by the specific monthly sales quota, bearing in mind that mere phone calls are not considered consummated sales calls.
• Accomplish a Daily Sales Call report diligently at the start of each working day, record the results and submit to your immediate head first hour the following working day.
• Establish the product/ installation/ delivery time required by client and determine stock availability; at the same time, know who / what competitors are, including prices.
• Offer appropriate samples of specified / alternative products and secure client`s authorized signature on approved sample.
• Submit comprehensive data as basis for an accurate quotation.
• Submit quotation to client; follow up religiously in order to close the deal quikly and ward off possible competition.
• Secure down payment in cheque payable to the company.
• Monitor delivery / installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in securing full payment.
