Responsibilities
– Assist with recruitment activities such as; developing job description and person specifications, preparing jobs adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates, telephone screening interviews, applicant reference and background checks, and applicant testing.
– Recommends changes in office practices or procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
– Monitors the monthly attendance of all employees which includes absences, tardiness and lates to determine if there are such abnormalities in the attendance record of employees. Prepares employees evaluation for employment status purposes.
– Prepare and maintain and execute payroll
– Knowledgeable in Compensation and benefits such as SSS, PHIC and Pag-ibig.
– Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
– Maintain accurate bookkeeping records of company financials
– Responsible for maintaing accurate records for company car usage
– Administer and co-ordinate events on behalf of the company for recruitment puposes
– assist employees with work matters, career development, personal problems and industrial matters
Skillset –
• Street Smart with an ability to solve problems indepdently in creative ways
• Has a wide network of contacts to laise with in solving problems
• Able to relate to a wide range of people and co-operate in working with people
• Experienced in dealing with HR, Office issues
• Minimum three years HR experience.
• High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
• Ability and willingness to work after hours to get projects done on time
