PPC Google Adwords expert

Currently seeking an Experienced VA in PPC for Google AdWords Manager.

You have to be certified from Google (send me a proof).
I'm looking for proactive, organized, dedicated & responsive person.
Proficient: AdWords audit
Proficient: PPC campaign expert.
Proficient in: keyword intelligence, analytics, display ads, You Tube, mobile, Upgrade to see actual infoctions knowledge: start, analyze, setup, follow up, build ads, Upgrade to see actual infot up a landing page, display ads, You Tube ads.
Submitting reports with recommendations & analytics we have to receive it daily.
Must be well organized and respond to our request in timely fashion.
