Social Media Manager

Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Remote
Hours: 40 per week full time, PST
Rate: $3.50 per hour DOE

Description: We are looking to hire a full-time, long-term social media manager and content writer who will take ownership of all of our website content, including modifying existing content, writing new content, and updating our social media channels for a real estate industry. This person will be closely working with our Digital Marketer.

1) Superior writing skills
2) Superior research skills
3) Firm understanding of SEO
4) Firm understanding of the technical aspects of a website

Here is a list of duties associated with the job:
1) Create new website landing pages
2) Add blog posts to our website
3) Create articles/write ups for social media pages, email newsletters, postcards, etc
4.) Research topics about real estate updates/situations in Bay Area, California, property management, etc
5.) Create simple social media images/videos for content syndication

Minimum of 2 years experience working as a SMM
Proven track record of writing experience
Real estate or property management client experience/exposure
