Your Role
· Prepare and edit reports and presentations for use in
· Establishes work priorities and directs assignment of work to various department staff according to the scope of allowed authority.
· Manages complex international multi-leg travel, often requiring continuous changes, and rescheduling. Supply needed documents, flight check-ins, etc to ensure a smooth experience.
· Maintains confidential client information for the business, team, or leadership and ensures information is handled appropriately.
· Responds to inquiries or refers them to the appropriate destination.
· Prepares briefing notes and minutes of meetings.
· Participate in conference calls as required and attend in-person meetings with team as required
· Manage executives’ calendars,
· Various misc tasks and duties
Who You Are
We’re looking for a self-motivated and passionate person, someone who is highly analytical, outgoing, caring by nature, friendly, creative problem-solver, works well collaboratively, and is able to multitask. A background in virtual assistant, personal assistant, or executive assistant is a must, experience with customer service and social media engagement, is highly preferred. You will report directly to the CEO. You will need to work the majority of your hours during 11-7 pm MST along with the CEO and rest of the team.
