As an operation Virtual Assistant you will be tasked with performing more essential transportation tasks. Tasks include quoting customer requests, scheduling pickups, tracking shipments during transit, locating trucks, among other tasks. It is imperative that these tasks are performed correctly from day one and requires extra days of training which is why the starting compensation for Operations VA’s is marginally higher than other positions.

Respond to customer rate requests
Scheduling pending shipments
Call in pickups
Track and trace existing shipments
Locate Available Equipment
Shipment updates to sales and customer
Complete Carrier Packets
