Python scripter to convert Delphi to Python

We have Delphi code with 4500 lines of ---------- creates a binary output. We need to convert this to Python. Let's call this the "Binary script".

Additionally, we need to write a short parsing script that parses XML and interacts with the binary script.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Python experience
- Exposure to Delphi
- Takes code quality seriously. This is essential as this will be a critical part of our code that will need maintenance and updates over time. Ie. you document your work, care about good use of variables, etc.
- Has good attention to detail
- Good communication skills for interacting with our development team
