CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Responsibilities:
Provide assistance in processing customers orders
Provide answers to inquiries involving a company’s
Product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction
Communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues
Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer’s request
Qualifications:

Must have call center experience
Proficient in conversational English.
Able to convey information effectively with a neutral accent.
Must be self-motivated, and success-oriented
3 year of sales experience in a call center is an advantage
Customer service/sales account experience is an advantage
Must be sharp and aggressive
Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills
Willing to work night shifts
Willing to work full time
Salary: Php 24,000
