Rockstar VA Needed for Long Term E-Commerce Job

We are looking for a Rockstar VA to work with us long term.

Salary, Bonuses, Hours, Holidays, & Sick Pay
• $300/month Part-time (In the future, full-time salary will increase).
• $300-$500 end of year bonus based on company and individual performance
• Opportunity for bi-annual raises and advancement based on performance

The main qualities we're looking for in you are:
Follow directions and complete the task even when the instructions are incomplete or vague.
Be a master at Googling stuff - if you get a new task that you've never done before you should have the ability to go on google or ---------- arch and find out how do that task (for example: if I ask you to create a Google spreadsheet with 3 columns, but you never used google spreadsheets before - We expect that you won't send an email back asking for instruction on how to use google spreadsheets, instead you will search on google and you will find out yourself in order to complete the task.)

Here are the details:

1. Create a new Gmail account. The email should include the word "Monohiring". Example of correct email address: ----------

2. Create a Google Spreadsheet form on that account.

3. Add 3 columns: - Website, - Alexa Traffic Rank and - Traffic Rank in ---------- e those as column headers. Make the header row fixed - so even if you scroll down it remains visible

4. Go to ---------- instal the extension in google chrome.

5. You will find the extension in the upper right corner, click the icon and then Click the Accept and Enable button.

6. Go to ---------- and ---------- and On the page of each website click on alexa icon.

7. Add the - Website, - Alexa Traffic Rank and - Traffic Rank in US numbers into the spreadsheet that you've just created.

8. Share the spreadsheet with ----------

9. Then also send an email at the same address with subject "Challange #1 completed" and in the body of the email mention your name and the link to the spreadsheet. You should send the email from the Gmail account you just created.

10. You will receive a reply within 24h. if you succeeded you will receive the next challenge.

11. If you failed you will receive an email saying "Sorry, you failed.". If you receive that email it means you are out.

12. This is challenge #1 of 3 total challenges. The challenges will get progressively more difficult.
