Shopify App creator/programmer

We need to have a Shopify App (or a free-standing site if Shopify not workable) that automates the creation of a cosmetic jar or bottle product label... so it would have several templates, where some info is static and some would allow the user would fill in certain info...

Product Title, subtitle, manufacture address, website, phone description etc... and logo... then it would create a PDF from this Label template, so it could then be emailed to us and we could print out the label.

The existing site ---------- is just an example of how someone has done it alreadyte a logo, allowing user to create, so I thought we could emulate what they have done but expand it to not just be logo creation, but logo + label

The end product would be a completed label design, saved to a file that would be emailed to us, PDF, JPG, or PNG. Then we would take that file and print it out to have a label that will go onto one of our products,

I would like to get a quote on creating something like this and how long it will take

In doing some research I realized there are other websites that do things very similar to what we want to accomplish, and it would seem that someone may have already created an open-source version of, for instance, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact etc... which allow the user to "fill in the blanks" to create their own email etc…
