T shirt Designer

I need a designer who can clone some T-shirt from teespring, not copy completely, just base on these & you can think freely , but the content is same, (i mean the quote...)

Plz give me your design base on above example & give me you salary for this (Plz in USD)
( My project is 2 - 4 Tshirt/day in 30 - 60 days depend on your skill)
