Full-Time Influencer Marketer

Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our own brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category - Nordic Lifting.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an outgoing individual who has amazing email writing and persuasion skills to work for our company as an influencer relationship manager with a commitment of 40 hours per week. He/she must have the following:
-Expertise in navigating social media sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
-Eagerness to learn and the ability to learn fast.
-Amazing email-writing skills.
This person will represent our brand to the influencers he/she will reach out to. We need someone who can write emails perfectly and in a fun, engaging way.

He/She must also have the following:
-Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
-A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
-Headphones/earphones

He/She must also possess the following skills:
-Networking Skills
-Communication Skills
-Interpersonal Skills
-Persuasion Skills

What would the tasks be?
-Building all processes for acquiring new digital influencers, as well as maintaining existing ones;
-Identifying the most relevant influencers in the industry on major and minor social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram,etc., by doing research and/ or using tools, such as SocMetrics, etc.
-Forming relationships with influencers prior to asking them to advocate the products or the company in general;
-Persuading influencers to promote our products with little to no upfront cost;
-Ensuring that all possible things have been done to keep existing influencers;
-Establishing a Sponsored Athlete Program, affiliate programs, partnerships with blogs and managing everything related to these;
-Setting up and taking charge of activities surrounding the Influencer page on the company website;
-Boosting our online presence on relevant forums/message boards
