Graphic Artist Wordpress Website Creator

Hello, Greetings!

I need a wordpress expert who can create website and optimize for SEO
This will be a simple task for someone who knows what
they are doing.

This is my first outsourcing project but I am looking to have
many projects completed and perhaps hire the right person full time.

The first project is a simple wordpress website of approximately 9 pages for a photobooth business.
It will have a clean modern "American" look. It must be a responsive site and be able to
pass the Google Mobile Friendly Test found here.

I am looking for someone who can make a much nicer site then myself.
I will supply all photos and content and some html code to link to my
booking software.
The homepage needs to have a awesome opening photo (see lewishowes.com for example)
It will be blog style so I can continually update with posts
It must have a sticky post (stays at the top) to welcome people to the site
I will want to have the Yoast SEO plugin installed and optimized
