Requirements
•Unix exposure, unix scripting, unix server admin
•Windows environment setting/ application deployment whether from personal experience of work
•At least 2 years application support exposure (troubleshooting and root cause analysis)
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
•Unix exposure, basic unix scripting, unix server admin
•Windows environment setting/ application deployment whether from personal experience of work
•Application support exposure (troubleshooting and root cause analysis)
•1 year experience as level 3 support or 3 years’ experience as level 2 support
•Interest and skills at getting to the bottom of things and understanding how they work
•Ability to work without defined runbooks and definitive processes for many application / environment support scenarios
•Good organization skills
•Good communication (written and oral) skills
•Must be a self-led learner with an interest in developing their technical and team skills
Good-to-Have
•SLDC knowledgeable (how software is developed - coding, compiling, binary distribution, etc.)
•Understanding log files and exceptions / stack traces when diagnosing issues
•General knowledge of Java, SQL, XML, JSON and related technologies

Team 1: Need Strong UNIX + Strong Database [Sybase/DB2] + Good Scripting [Shell/PERL] + Production support experience Profiles.

Team 2: Need Strong UNIX + Strong UNIX Scripting + Strong Perl Scripting + Good Network Admin + Production Support Experience Profiles.

Team 3: Good UNIX + Strong Database [Sybase/DB2] + Average Scripting + Production Support
