Graphics Designer

I am seeking a freelancer to assist me with T-Shirt Designs.
You do not necessarily have to be a graphic designer; however, you must have STRONG designing skills, to create outstanding T-Shirts ---------- would be a definite bonus if you are comfortable using Photoshop or Affinity Designer.
That been said, for the most part, you will be using a Designing Software, Placeit.net, to do most of the designing.
Placeit.net is very user-friendly, and I will show you how to it, if you do not already know about this software.
However, what I cannot do, is to teach you how to pair designs with the right fonts, colors, or text. This is where your natural designing abilities will come into play.
Also, I am looking for someone who I can trust completely.
I am offering to pay $2-4 USD for each design, for approximately 15 designs each week, for a long-term arrangement.
