Full time website and graphic designer

Looking for a full time graphic designer/website designer that has the skills to create graphically pleasing buttons, banners, etc. for websites as well as letterhead, business cards, flyers, etc.

Additionally the ability to design and launch Wordpress blogs, mini-sites, squeeze pages, videos, etc.

Any experience in Joomla is also a plus
