Preferences:
- Must have proven experience with social media management
- Customer support experience is a must
- Must possess high-quality communication skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Must have knowledge of online platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Hands-on experience in content management

Requirements:
- Must have fluent English written and verbal skills.
- Must have a college degree.
- Must be available to work on an American schedule
- Must have exceptional organizational skills
