HireVirt is seeking an experienced customer support representative to join the team. They will be responsible for all customer support duties, including dealing with customers, providing phone support, and managing email support.

Preferences:
- Must have proven experience with customer support
- Phone support experience is a must
- Must posses high quality communication skills
- The ability to understand and manage email support and email management.

Requirements:
- Must have fluent english written and verbal skills.
