JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Being accountable for exceeding stated desired KPI goals.
• Strategizing, proposing, and implementing conversion optimization strategies.
• Analyzing results to identify successes, failures, and trends to consistently improve overall performance.
• Joining or leading client progress meetings to highlight your optimization efforts, report your results, and propose additional
optimization strategies and tactics.

Core Skill Sets

We are seeking top talent, so you must have the following skillsets:

• 3 years of conversion rate optimization experience.
• We have clients in many industries, but knowledge of the CBD industry is a plus.
• Extensive and proven experience leveraging and analyzing Google Analytics.
• Extensive and proven experience implementing best-practices digital marketing concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Extensive and proven experience implementing website and landing page optimization strategies and tactics.
• How to optimize UI/UX to achieve online business goals and KPIs.
• Effective communication to propose and influence conversion optimization ideas.
• Excellent presentation skills to clearly showcase your results, metrics, and analytics.
• Client account management ---------- condary Skill Sets

You must have enough working knowledge of the following digital marketing concepts to provide guidance and oversight to specialists for implementation (for which you will be supported by one of our Project Managers to coordinate):

• On-page and off-page SEO best practices
• Web design concepts as they relate to website and landing page optimization
• Social media marketing
• SEM
• Lead capture and email marketing

You'll have plenty of support (e.g. tools, resources, infrastructure, project management, and more...), but you must have the mindset that you "own" your projects.

If you're the type of person who waits to be told what to do at every step throughout a project, then this position isn't right for you.

You'll also be provided with very clear project instructions and requirements, but you must also be able to work independently, figure things out for yourself, do your own research when necessary, and adopt an attitude of "I'm going to do whatever it takes to get the job done!"
