Assistant to the CEO, CFO, and CEO of a small healthcare company managing long term care facilities. You will be responsible for email management, call screening, calendar management, travel planning, data entry, purchasing and shipping items as directed, and creating and maintaining reports for the executives. Skills with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat DC are desired, but not required. Most importantly candidate must be willing to learn new skills to accommodate daily demands of the job. Excellent organizational skills are a must. Fluency in English is required.
