Can you SCRAPE email database from websites?

Needing a skilled person who can scrape emails from a website such as designated forums and etc. If I ask you to scrape emails of members from a certain forum then you should be able to do so.

You should already know how to do this or don't even bother applying for this job. I would need a skilled and experienced person to do this job to start ASAP. Thanks.
