JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for someone who has technology support and custom success experience. You'll be required to use email, zoom, you'll be speaking with users, so english has to be very good. Will be required to learn our crm software inside and out, so that you can effectively support and help users. Once this person masters our software and customer support, they'll start hosting group and one on one demos.
