About Us

I own and operate a variety of small businesses that range from management consulting for startup companies, to publishing my own books on Amazon - both Kindle and print, to Internet Marketing. I have 55 domains that are currently set up for AdSense and affiliate marketing – many of which I am grooming as domains that I will sell on Flippa. I anticipate buying and selling a continuously growing number of domains that will require WordPress site development – which will, in turn, require SEO and traffic generation so that these new sites can be sold in the domain resale market.

Seeking SEO / WordPress / Google Analytics / Webmaster Tools Expert

Details for this position are listed below. I need the winning candidate to hit the ground running and already be fully up to date with all current white-hat SEO tools and knowledge.

The Winning Candidate

The right person will have the following job duties and capabilities and a passionate, enthusiastic desire to quickly and efficiently get results in the following areas:

1. SEO – On page and off page, white hat SEO methods to drive traffic to all sites, including driving traffic to Amazon pages for my various books with the goal of increasing sales.
2. Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools – these are already set up but I need someone who already fully understands these tools so that both traffic and AdSense revenues can be maximized.
3. WordPress Site Updates / Maintenance – most of these sites need to be made mobile ready with new themes and implemented ASAP. Sites need to be maintained at least weekly for updates, changes, tweaks, etc. I need someone who fully understands WordPress and who can also increase each site’s responsiveness. Extra credit to those who also know some PHP and CSS for special tweaks to WordPress.
4. Host Gator Control Panel Maintenance and Management – these accounts need to be administered, monitored, etc. in order to comply with Host Gator TOS.
5. Set Up New WP Sites – some sites may require ground up development but this will mostly be done by using cloning software to replicate existing sites and then tweaking and individualizing the new sites. This will also usually include setting up a YouTube account and a Twitter account to match the new domain and including them in the SEO focus for the new domain.
6. AdSense Management – monitor, analyze and implement site changes to maximize AdSense revenues. Growth of AdSense revenues and page views will be one of the key metrics I will use to monitor and measure your performance.
7. Internet and Social Site Marketing – implement and drive traffic for to various websites / Amazon book pages / etc. as required.
8. Elance posting of bids for my management consulting, etc. (I will train you for how to do these.)
9. Miscellaneous - other duties that may be required to offload some of my other workload as time permits, including research, Photoshop editing, video marketing, managing YouTube accounts, etc.

Requirements

1. Must be available to work 40+ hours per week, be full time with no other businesses or schooling distractions.
2. Totally fluent in English - both verbal and written.
3. College degree.
4. Already owns and/or is proficient with:
a. Office 2007 or later – including Word and Excel
b. Acrobat 9 or later
c. SEO tools necessary for outstanding white hat SEO
d. 24/7 Immediate, high speed internet connection
e. A dual or quad core, fast PC
5. Provide a portfolio of your sites, documents and documented results from prior work done.
6. Immediately available to hit the ground running on Day 1.
7. Eager to learn new things, passionate.
8. Incredibly productive and efficient.
9. TimeProof used for tracking time.
10. Ideally, willing to work during a large part or all of USA Eastern Time Zone work hours.
11. Compensation range: 12,000 to 18,000 PHP per month plus bonus tied to increases in AdSense and affiliate marketing revenue. Specific compensation depends on applicant’s experience, skill sets and abilities.
12. Period of Provisional Employment - First 30 days results will determine ongoing employment. I am looking for a very long term employee but this means that I want to see your very best work during your first month’s employment so I know it is a good, mutual fit between you and the job.
13. Payment through PayPal. All payments made in US Dollars on the 1st and 15th of each month.
