Rock Star Virtual Assistant with Amazon and e-commerce experience

In search of a Rock Star Virtual Assistant. The VA will help in the running of an eCommerce store with bulk of the operations on Amazon, eBay and Shopify. We are a growing e-commerce company based in the United Kingdom.
This position is for a LONG TERM role and FULL TIME working 40 hours a week.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Expert with Amazon Seller Central and eBay and comfortable with Shopify design and themes
• Manage listings on Amazon and eBay and product inserts in Shopify
o Creating and updating product listings. Enhance title, bullets and description of products
o Create new listings on eBay and manage listings on eBay
o Updating brand content on listings with brand images etc. on Amazon
• Monitoring product listing rankings on main keywords for Amazon
• Researching new keywords to rank for in order to increase sales
• Providing customer support when required for example answering to customer queries both for Amazon and eBay for example related to tracking items
• Review management for products – monitor any negative reviews for example
• Listing optimizations, enable variations etc. Any experience of working with CSV to update product listings/variations will be a bonus
• Shipping plan creation and Tracking inventory levels at Amazon fulfilment centers and warehouses.
• Reconciliation of inventory levels and raising cases for any shortages.
• Reconciliation of shipment and inbound performance and raising any issues in the process to Amazon and getting these corrected
• Stock level monitoring (both at Amazon FBA and warehouse using reports) and forecasting re-ordering levels and making recommendations
• Managing customer refunds and returns
• Amazon reporting – help in gathering end of month reporting and other key reports and using these for key metrics and any issues to be raised to Amazon in a case. Training will be provided.
• Analyze products with key KPIs for example revenue, keyword ranking, CTR, PPC spend etc
• Working out and calculating the margins and profitability forecasting per SKU for example
• Data entry in key systems for example the accounting system. Training will be provided
• Product research – assist in product development and launches
• PPC management – managing bids and working with the report optimize the campaigns
• Assist in managing social media i.e. Facebook page


Requirements for the successful candidate:
• A minimum of 3 years of extensive experience in Amazon (main), eBay, Shopify, and/or other marketplaces.
• Great attention to details, plus good written English and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Required to be a university graduate
• Required to have current or previous experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Proof of success with other Amazon FBA will weigh heavily on consideration.
• Experience doing different tasks on Amazon, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, and other marketplaces – Adding new Products, write product descriptions, prices, handling orders, removing reviews, creating shipping plans, reconciliation of shipments, etc.
• Knowledge of Amazon tools for example Helium10, Jungle Scout etc. is a bonus
• Excellent in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis as it will be heavily used
• Tech savvy person who is comfortable using common tools for example Slack, Skype etc for communication
• Any bookkeeping experience and working with popular software like Quickbooks will be looked at preferably but not required
• Any experience with suppliers/distributors/inventory management within Amazon/ Product Research will be looked at highly. Must mention when ---------- pensation & Benefits:

Equipment specifications:
• Must have own laptop with Windows 10 or new Mac OS. Strong laptop/pc process with 8GB RAM minimum. Must be capable of running MS Excel, Word, Office applications. Must be able to run Skype/Zoom/Slack etc and Java installed to be able to run custom databases for example.
• Must be able to clear cookies and cache on a browser or run basic diagnostics to keep your computer from lagging.
• Minimum internet speed of 8Mbps, with a backup internet and power connection.
