Alright, here’s the deal. A passionate real estate investor, podcaster, and coach needs an awesome assistant to help make things happen. More than anything, assisting in taking action on ideas and moving projects forward. I have more ideas and tasks than I have time for. I have to find a way to multiply myself.
I am looking for someone super smart, fun, sharp, passionate, and talented with a great attitude and a tremendous resourcefulness spirit. I want someone who, when they encounter an obstacle, they want to find a way around, through it, over it, under it, etc. Someone detail-oriented has a very high standard of excellence and wants to make the world a better place, enriching others' lives along the way.

Must Not:

- Baggage Carrier: Carry personal baggage and issues into work that prevent you from showing up with your game face on. Yes, occasionally, stuff happens, but it cannot be frequent.
- Time Puncher: This is more than a job/ business to us. We are making a difference in the world by educating new investors, and you will be the magnifier of that voice. If you don’t care enough, your creative potential will be diminished, and we will receive far from the best of you.
- No Bullshit: I don’t want to hear the story of why things didn’t or can’t get done. I get that you might not feel well all the time, or your relatives might need your help once in a while. Let’s find a way to make things happen. And if you truly need help or need more time to get something done, we can discuss it.
Roles: You will be helping with things like but not limited to:
- Podcast guest outreach and follow up
- Podcast production (upload episode to my podcast editing service, upload edited episode to host and schedule for release, create metadata for the episode, copyedit and proofread show notes)
- Publish blog posts to my website and others
- Create quote cards graphic
- Schedule social media posts

- Curate podcast shows that I could be guests on and pitch
- Create audiogram based on my podcast appearances
Other Needs/Wants
- Social media savvy is a definite plus
- Reliable work computer, equipment and well as stable internet connection
- Minimum 8GB of RAM
- Your connection speed is at a minimum 15 Mbps down and 2 Mbps up
- Headset with microphone
- Reliable cell phone
- Design experience or creative environment experience is a plus
- Help with creating quote cards

- Basic video editing (cut, trim, etc.) is a plus
- Tech-savvy. If you hate figuring that stuff out or research on Google to find the solution, this probably isn’t the right role for you.
Salary, Pay, and Hours
- You will start with 20 hours a week and 1 hour of meeting/ briefing time
- Most of your tasks could be done during the day in the Philippines
