SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Our Solution Architect (SA) will play a key role in building external business relationships in coordination with internal team of the company from studying and defining the clients’ needs and requirements, constructing and developing strategies and procedures, coordinating to concerned team in the implementation processes, up to supporting the necessary activities to meet and deliver the expected results/solutions.
• Conducts enterprise solutions studies that understand the requirements needed and challenges encountered by the clients
• Designs and builds strategies and procedures in identifying and planning the solutions that will be implemented
• Conducts possible pre-sales activities that promotes usage of our products and services in accordance to the standard set of offers of the company
• Actively coordinates with the clients and developers in identifying their needs, and plan and strategize the possible structure of the solution that will be promoted and implemented
• Will be in-charge in coordination of the implementation of the products/services, and coordinate possible additions and enhancements to the client
• In-charge of maintenance and updates of the procedures to ensure that the timelines are followed
• Assists in possible development and enhancement of the products and services, and coordinate these with the company’s team

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Information Technology, Computer Science, any Engineering course, or equivalent
• Preferably has at least 8 years related-work experience
• Candidate with at least 5 years of work experience in the related-industry
• Possesses strong analytical and technical skills, and is knowledgeable to the enterprise solutions requirements and procedures
• Has excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• PMP or ITIL Certification is a plus
• Knowledge in SalesForce is a plus
