NETWORK SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:
• Performs provisioning of new circuits/ upgrades/ termination.
• Requests quotation from Telco/Upstream partners
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to provision a new circuit or set up a system;
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults during provisioning of a circuit;
• Run network applications to support system and users;
• Work continuously on a task until completion
• Other duties as assigned.
