JOB OVERVIEW

Duties and Responsibilities
• Recommend specification best for the users.
• Install OS on new Desktop and Laptops.
• Install and configure basic requirements for the servers.
• Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices.
• Support and administer laptops and desktops.
• Plan and supports network computing infrastructure.
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of networks, servers and associated systems.
• Documents network / systems problem and resolution for future reference.
• Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning on workstations.
• Administer and support network services e.g. NAS, Firewall etc…
• Manage user accounts, permissions, anti-virus, anti-spam and email.
• Works well individually and team settings.
• Upgrades, installs and troubleshoot software and network devices.
• Maintains inventory of computers both desktop and laptops.
• Manage and maintains inventory of software licenses.
• Recommend and schedule maintenance on servers and workstations.
• Handles highly confidential information/material.
• Support sister company for their I.T. needs.
