JOB OVERVIEW

Job Requirements:
• Graduate of any Business Course
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a Pre-Sales is a must
• Salesforce System Admin Certified
• Experience in handling a class (through end-user training or admin training)
• Exposure to Salesforce Project Implementation – knowledge on industry best practice and usage of salesforce CRM
• Has passion for technology, able to understand sales, account management and business development
• Has good communication skills (oral and written), work with thoroughness, inquisitive, pro-active, good project management skills and can work with multiple tasks at the same time, willing to travel or extend working hours if necessary
• Willing and able to work on different tasks and projects at the same time, extending hours when necessary.


Job Description:
• Work with BSG-CRM Account Managers to achieve yearly targets on Training Services.
• Generate and maintain an opportunity value of at least 3X of monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Responsible for Leads Generation Activities eg. Account Base, Events/Campaigns, Referrals/LinkedIn
• Enhance and Improve Customer Interaction and Customer-Facing Skills; Ensure C-Level Contact to hasten the decision-making process
• Conduct proper training to customers with adherence to SU Rules and Regulations
• Capture and update all information related to the requirements of prospects / leads. Update contact and opportunity information when necessary; Ensure that salesforce.com will be the “source of truth” for opportunities
• Understand all the product offerings of IPC enough to initiate high-level discussions
• Regularly attend webinars, seminars and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
• Take necessary certifications, exercises, product reviews, coaching and evaluation sessions as scheduled by the Sales Manager/Director of the BSG-CRM
• Comply with quarterly documented coaching and feedback sessions with the Sales Manager/Director
• Comply with two (2) performance evaluation sessions with the Sales Manager/Director with at least one (1) fully documented Performance Evaluation per year
