Dogpaw Studio is looking for a dedicated part-time Front-end WordPress Developer with Graphic Design skills that is up for becoming part of a purposeful team.

We are looking for someone who can work at least 2 hours between 5:00am to 6:00pm - US, Pacific Standard Time Zone (GMT-8)

At Dogpaw Studio ( ---------- ) our goal is building websites for non-profit organizations and purposeful businesses that deliver return on investment and create lasting relationships! We help non-profits and other purposeful businesses looking to improve their online presence with a website that is trending with an up-to-date design but flexible enough to grow with the organization.

Preferred expert knowledge of:
• BEAVER BUILDER Framework (or high proficiency with other page builders with an eagerness to learn BeaverBuilder)
• WordPress
• Top 50 WordPress plugins
• CSS3/HTML5

Tool/Platforms our team uses daily:
• Teamwork Projects
• Teamwork Desk
• Slack
• Google Docs & Sheets

Other areas of knowledge is helpful:
• Elementor Builder Framework
• WooCommerce Framework
• PHP/MySQL/Databases/Hosting

We strive for:

• Creative solutions using the website as a motivational and inspirational tool.

We accomplish this through:
• A full website development process that includes content development, web design and development
• Ongoing monthly website maintenance to improve the website on a monthly basis

Monthly tasks include:
• PSD web design to BeaverBuilder
• Occasionally communicating with clients using Team Desk (our support ticket center) for any web development issues or questions.
• Work to resolve issues related to WordPress websites
• Style Gravity Forms


Qualities we are looking for:
• 100 % English fluency, both oral and written.
• At least 3+ years experience developing WordPress themes and front-end WordPress work.
• A free thinker, willing to look for answers.
• Confidence in coding HTML5, CSS3
• Fully understands mobile responsive coding.
• A team player who is happy working in a small team or 2-4 people.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong listening skills
• Experience in cross-browser compliance issues.
• Confidence in web design, responsive design, graphic design
• Responsive: Quick with email and chat communication

Special requirements:
• A computer that is two years old or less
• Your own Internet connection and some kind of backup internet
