FACILITIES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:
• Conducts routine inspection of all electrical and mechanical equipment
• Prepares diagnosis reports of all electrical and mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoots any electrical and mechanical defects as designated
• Implements Equipment’s Preventive Maintenance i.e. Chiller System, PACU,
• In-Row Units, UPS, Leak Detector and FCU’s & exhaust fans in IDC and Office Area
• Visually check the equipment and all components associated to leaks, vibrations, noises and any other matters that can affect on the quality and efficiency of the IDC Operation
• Performs provisioning works assigned by Provisioning Team
• Assists the Facilities Engineer in the implementation of plans and programs and other policies and procedures related to Data Center
• Adheres to Company’s Policies & Policies
