The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Primarily responsible for achieving revenue targets of the Company in accordance with agreed business plans through various revenue channels
• Establish long term relationships with clients through effective account management
• Act as primary interface for business and technical issues of both prospective and existing clients
• Responsible in gathering business requirements for proposal preparation and generation
• Sub-functions including selling, contract negotiations, renewal, contract amendments, and assistance in the collection of past due accounts
• Consult with C-Level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by IP-Converge products and services
• Increase revenue and retention rates for specified accounts
• Build excellent client relationships offering value-added, insightful and strategic input to their business
• Orchestrate resources and build virtual committed to and accountable for the client’s success
• Other related duties as may be assigned
