I need the following done......

We are an accounting practice and we have several offices. We have daily billings budgets for staff members at the various locations.

I want to create the following - A daily report that is sent to all staff automatically by email that shows the daily budget and the daily actual billings, also month to date budget and actual billings.

Details below.

1. We can input the monthly daily budgets at the beginning of the month.

2. Each day the staff members can input the daily billings

3. A chart / graph is created that shows the following

3.1 Budget Versus Actual for that employee for that day
3.2 Budget versus Actual for all staff for that office
3.3 Budget V Actual Month to Date for the employee
3.4 Budget V Actual Month to Date for that office


I don't know what language we need. I need some advice on this matte.

In your email I want you to cover the following issues


1. How many hours will this take

2. Have you got experience in this before - Send me details

3. What langauge will we need to make this work

4. Can this be run from a website I already have, I have several wordpress sites, I have web hosting accounts..... We can setup an AWS server if required.

5. This needs to be secure and in the cloud.

The more specific you answer these questions then the more likely you are to get the job....You can be technical as I have a good understanding of programming (more than 15 years ago) but not recent technologies....
