We are looking for motivated and well-spoken Appointment Setters to join our team. You'll be responsible for prospecting new leads making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities
- Real estate appointment setters contact potential customers by phone and set appointments for our Realtors via outbound cold calling.
- Prospects potential property buyers or sellers and convinces them to sit down and meet with your client.
- Pre-qualifies Clients leads to ensure quality leads are harvested from the system.
- They might also be responsible for maintaining a record of contacts, accounts, and orders, in addition to the task of passing information about successful communications onto the appropriate sales representatives.
- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
Qualifications:
- MUST be available to work FULL TIME on a GRAVEYARD SHIFT ( Mondays - Fri EST Business Hours)
-Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
-Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken needs to have excellent English skills both written and spoken.
- With at least 6months Experience with Mojo Dialler, FSBO, Buyer, and Seller is a MUST,
