---------- is a newly opened US Web store for Blackview Rugged Phones. Our company is a distributor in Asia but with this expansion to the US, we will need a US timezone Agent. (5am to 10am PH Time). Most customer enquiries will be around phone models, compatible with carriers and warranty process.

Job Roles
- Handle Inbound Sales queries (Trying to get the sale) for Retail & Enterprise customers
- Customer Service (Technical troubleshooting, Order Fulfilment, Repair Sales)
- Content Marketing via Social media post, email campaigns
- Live Chat, Social Media, Phone Calls Handling
- Technical Mobile Troubleshooting

Performance Bonus (Reviewed quarterly, available after probation)

Requirements
- Need to work US Timezones (3am to 11am PH Time)
- Type good American english
- Speak with a understandable accent for Americans
