Looking for a ROCKSTAR Project Manager!

Looking for someone who pays very close attention to detail, has experience with technology and can step in when needed to make sure there is a consistent workflow. Ability to demonstrate effective leadership methodologies, while maintaining a professional environment. Ability to prioritize and multitask while leading meetings, delivering reports, submittals, maintaining sub lists, subcontracts, ---------- puter skills and a familiarity with Asana, Slack, and CRM programs. Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Ability to problem solve with a strong sense of urgency. Maintain positive job margin through project completion

• Estimation review and budget management
• Heavy contract compliance
• Drive, develop and cultivate long term relationships with Client, Architects and Subcontractors
• Provide timely, transparent reporting
• Partner with Superintendent to keep project on or ahead of schedule
• Manage, train, and supervise project team according to Deacon system and procedures
• Complete all job close-out procedures
• Strive to consistently meet established deadlines and project schedules
