Shopify Technical Customer Support

Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant in the eCommerce team, you will be involved in the technical and administrative support for our clients, assisting the team in providing satisfactory and professional customer service.

Duties Include:
- Tending to administrative and technical queries; queries are eCommerce/Shopify centric
- Assistance in the development of Shopify store setup
- Involvement in other ad hoc duties

Requirements:
- Well-versed in Shopify and Shopify theme; Currently using Mr Parker: ----------
- Strong command in English and grammar (both spoken and written)
- Self-motivated individual that is able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be resourceful
- Prior experience in customer service an added bonus
- Knowledge in coding is highly preferred
