Government Contract Analyst
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires no prior experience or knowledge. Each employee will go through in-depth training to learn how to source and procure contracts.
Previous experience as administrative assistant preferred. Experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
Customer service Preferred. Customer Service in a fast paced environment preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyzes the Contract Terms and Conditions in a timely
Collaborates with Senior management and technology team ensure contract profiles are pricing accurately, per contract
Other Responsibilities:
Handles telephone calls, distributes, and documents the information appropriately.
Receives incoming orders for equipment and documents accordingly as well as contacting appropriate field personnel.
Greets customers/ callers warmly and ascertains problems or reason for calling.
Resolve customer complaints via phone,
Performs other duties as assigned.
Other Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Book travel arrangements
Generate reports
Prepare and monitor invoices
Other misc. task may be requested
