Trezoro is a B2B SaaS business based in the U.S. Our mission is to utilize leading-edge technologies to help merchants improve their businesses through customer loyalty programs such as points programs and electronic punch cards.

We’re looking for a development professional:
• As a highly technical member of the team, actively seek to master our tech stack, tools, and practices.
• Complete complex modifications, refactoring, and bug fixes to existing functionality.
• Serve customers by performing ad-hoc database queries/report and assist the customer support staff with troubleshooting.
• Monitor and maintain the technology stack to proactively avoid issues and keep things available and responsive.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business context and present feature recommendations. Build empathy for the personas you support and recommend design changes.

Required Skills:
5+ years of programming experience

Experience working in a modern software development environment using practices such as continuous integration, continuous deployment, test driven development, Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, ---------- v-ops/sysadmin skills. Experience with managing servers, maintaining hosting environments, being responsible for uptime and responsiveness, addressing bottlenecks, ensuring backups are kept safe and sound.

Soft skills:
Dependable/reliable, consistently responds within minutes during core work hours (some overlap with US business hours desired)
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented, good at following directions, positive, honest, hardworking and creative
Proactive, believes in documentation, adds bugs to backlog when defects are found, etc
Good English, verbal and written. Able to communicate problems and solutions effectively
Modern reliable development computer (8+ GB RAM), stable internet connection (5+ MB/s), decent headset
Available for meetings in the afternoon/evening of the PST time zone
